2 cups (300gm) all purpose flour
3/4 cup (175ml) hot water
1-1/4 cups (250gm) unsalted butter
8 ounces (250gm)chocolate
1/2 cup (125ml) milk
1/2 cup (55gm) cocoa powder
4 eggs
2-3/4 cups (550gm) granulated sugar
2 tablespoons (30ml) instant coffee
2 tablespoons (30ml) vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) baking soda
2 teaspoons (10ml) baking powder
1 teaspoon (5ml) salt
Dark Chocolate Butter Ganache:
200gm dark chocolate
120gm salted butter
125ml heavy cream
