Ingredients

  • Any prefered sponge cake
  • 1 cup mini extra dark chocolate
  • 1 cup whipping cream

 

Method

  1. In a double boiler, place chocolate chips and whipping cream an melt it.
  2. Let it sit for 5 minutes to cool and pour or spread it evenly on your cake and let it set.
